Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. Christians say this is the most important event in history. Many people will speak of how this risen Jesus changed their life. Have you ever heard someone else speak of Jesus this way and thought, “that’s good for you, but until I experience it myself, I just won’t believe it.”
One of Jesus’ disciples, Thomas, missed seeing the resurrected Jesus with the rest of the disciples. They told him how amazing it was to see Jesus, but Thomas didn’t want to hear about someone else’s experience with Jesus – he wanted to experience Jesus himself. He wanted the real thing.
