Hey Neighborhood!
I’m still not buying the 41 inches predicted in the beginning of the week; but just to be safe, we will worship tomorrow online only. If you want to come to church you can, but the doors will be locked and we will all be at home tucked in by the fire and watching virtually.
Thursday night, the ministry staff decided it would be smart to record our worship gathering ahead of time and encourage everyone to stay home.
it’s going to be a theologically packed message in our series in Mark. Only 6 verses (Mark 1:9-14) but they are packed with questions and answers about why Jesus was baptized, why he needed to be empowered by the Holy Spirit, and how he was tested and proved in the wilderness. All three of these theological anchors are important for his ministry but more important for your life and how you live and follow Jesus.
