One of the strengths of the early church as seen in the book of Acts was their absolute devotion to the faith. In Acts 2:42 we learn that, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” These four specific practices of the early church, teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer are all things that we do to this very day. Through this powerful series Neighborhood will look at a number of practices of the early church and how they can continue to impact us today, grow our community, and build a future Church that is passionate about seeing the glory of God revealed in our homes and our neighborhood.
