HOME FOR CHRISTMAS at Neighborhood Friends
Until recently the idea of “Home for Christmas” was heartwarming. We would think of the old songs, the memories, the storybook images of the entire family sitting around the Christmas tree in the warm glow from the fireplace. In today’s world, “Home for Christmas” means something completely different! Home is found in family and relationships.
This Christmas, regardless of what is happening in our world, we want to reflect on what Christmas is really about. “Christ in us, the hope of all glory!” (Colossians 1:27) We want to celebrate in community the birth of Christ and His invitation to us to find our true home in Him.
