A NEW LITURGY
Liturgy is a word that needs redeemed in our Christian culture. Most of us have been led to believe liturgy is an activity reserved for Churches with ornate architecture, stained glass, and a chorus of monotone voices. Liturgy is defined in most dictionaries as a formal or formulary according to which public worship, especially Christian worship is conducted. Liturgy actually means the work of the people. Join us as Pastor Donnie leads us in an interractive worship gathering in which we the church become the sermon, the message, and the mission of God’s work. As we prepare for a new series of messages starting in September called Devoted, we are asking God to establish a new season of work with Neighborhood Friends.
Bring your journal, a pen, your mind and voice as we become the message together.
