Today we wrap up our series of talks in the book of James. Wow! I can’t wait for this message on prayer. I think if we are all honest, prayer is something we all need but may not feel we are very good at. If that is you, then you need to hear what James says about it. It’s powerful and can be life changing. I know it has been for me this week.

CHURCH . . . It isn’t a building.
WORSHIP . . . isn’t just music.
MINISTRY . . . isn’t just for pastors.
PRAYER . . . isn’t just for the spiritually elite.
Prayer is an invitation for all of us to bring our entire life to the heart of God in relationship. The ultimate goal of prayer is not to become more pious or even be a better prayer-er, but to simply keep company with God in all things. May we remember that prayer is far less about moving God’s plans in our direction and more about moving our heart in His. People who pray, change.
