Week 3 in our 3 part series called “Raise the Sails.”
In the John’s gospel account, he shared that Jesus promised He would “ask the Father, and he would give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him or knows Him. You know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” (John 14:16-17)
As followers of Jesus, we’ve been given an incredible gift that dwells within us—The Holy Spirit. However, often times we have diminished and ignored the power of the Spirit of God who lives in us. We’ve stepped into the boat, but have been hesitant to raise our sails to catch the wind.
